How quickly will I hear back?
We respond to all emails within 24 hours, usually much sooner during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT). In-app support is typically even faster.
I'm a parent, can I talk to someone directly?
Absolutely. Email us at support@studentgigs.app and let us know you'd like to schedule a call. We're parents too, and we're happy to walk you through everything.
I'm a school or youth organization, how do we partner?
We love working with schools and community organizations. Email us at support@studentgigs.app with a bit about your organization and we'll set up a time to chat about how we can work together.
I forgot my password or can't log in
StudentGigs uses phone number login with a one-time code. No password needed. If you're having trouble receiving the code, make sure your phone number is entered correctly and check your spam/blocked messages. Still stuck? Email us.
How do I report a safety concern?
Safety is our top priority. Email support@studentgigs.app with the subject line "Safety Concern" and we'll prioritize your message. You can also report issues directly through the app.
