If there is a conflict between the information in this Policy and our Children's Privacy Policy, the Children's Privacy Policy will control with respect to Children's personal information.Depending on our interactions with you, in general, we may collect the following personal information directly from you:Registration and Profile Information: If you create an account with us, use our Services, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your first and last name, phone number, date of birth, zip code, photo, email address, street address, and other similar identifiers.Communications and Interactions: When you email, call, or otherwise communicate with us we may collect and maintain a record of your contact details, communications and our responses. We may also maintain records of communications and information that you post in chat sessions, private messages, forums and in other areas of the Services, as well as on our social media channels, and information you provide to us related to any customer support requests.Payments and Transactions: Task Posters may pay for completed Tasks by credit card through the Services. We and our third-party payment processor, Stripe, may collect payment information in order to process your payment, such as your credit card number and applicable shipping and billing address. Payments may also be processed via Stripe Connect for direct payouts and via tap-to-pay for in-person transactions.Inferences: We may also draw inferences from the information described in this section, including inferences reflecting your preferences, characteristics, behavior, and abilities.Information We Collect AutomaticallyWe may automatically collect personal information related to your use of our Services, including through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies. We use the personal information we collect to evaluate, analyze, improve, and develop our Services. We also use this information to tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to offer location customization, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using our Services.Marketing and Advertising. We use the personal information we collect for marketing and promotional purposes, including to send you promotional communications about our Services that we believe may interest you. We may send communications via e-mail, text message, or push notifications on a mobile device.Inferences. We use the personal information we collect to better understand how you access and use our Services both on an aggregated and individualized basis. We also use personal information to understand our users, optimize content selection, recommendation algorithms, and delivery. We may share personal information such as first name and general location information, with permission, with the person posting the task. We only share address if we have permission and it is required for the Task.Parents. We may share personal information about Minors with the relevant Parent(s). For example, a Minor and a Parent can view the Minor's account activity and the Parent, as the authorized approver for the Minor, may be able to see certain information about the Minor, such as name, Tasks, Task history, accounts, and customized safety features.Business Transfers. We may disclose the personal information we collect from you as part of commercial transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, or other similar business transactions) and in contemplation of such transactions (e.g., due diligence).Legal Purposes. We may disclose the personal information we collect from you to third parties, as permitted by law or subpoena, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of regulators, law enforcement, other public authorities, or for other similar purposes.Security and Protection of Rights. If you wish to prevent cookies from tracking your activity on our Services or visits across multiple websites, you can set your browser to block certain cookies or notify you when a cookie is set; you can also delete cookies. The "Help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your device from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to delete cookies. Address is an optional field during account registration and precise geolocation information may be collected with consent. We automatically collect information about users of our Services, including Children, when they access and navigate through the Services and use certain features. For example, we may collect the following information automatically: type of computer operating system, IP address, browser type, access time, referring URL, and pages viewed.
